That is the SECRET behind of our forefathers for their healthy living...I feel lucky that I was born in India which is the birth place for AYURVEDA...
So here I am going to share some of the home remedies for some health problems..I do not know much,,so I am going to share only Few,,some which are still in practice, followed in our family..
So you can also share remedies which you know, so that good things will never Dies and exists even after us... The Life wheel must take a round again and sure the things will going to be changed completely from the fast food world to the ancient world again,,,because the health habits are going worse now a days..so this part will be helpful for the future generations to correct their life habits and to live Healthy and Stronger..
